Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 23, 2026
Read this document carefully. We built GeoGrid Ranker to cut through the noise of local search and give you high-resolution visibility into your map pack rankings. We track proximity signals, monitor review velocity, and map out your exact local footprint. You use our website and our tracking tools, you agree to these terms. We keep things simple, direct, and strictly focused on operational reality.
We wrote these terms for business owners and local SEO practitioners. We skipped the dense legal jargon. These rules protect our infrastructure, our data, and your business.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing GeoGrid Ranker means you accept these terms in full. You agree to use our data and strategies responsibly. If you disagree with any part of this document, leave the site. We designed this platform for serious practitioners who understand the friction of local SEO. We do not cater to spammers, black-hat manipulators, or automated scrapers.
Your continued use of the site constitutes an ongoing agreement. We update these terms when search environments shift or our service model evolves. You carry the responsibility to check this page periodically.
2. The Scope of Our Service
GeoGrid Ranker provides hyperlocal rank tracking, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization strategies, and local search data visualization. We run hundreds of separate searches from specific GPS coordinates to build your geogrids. We show you exactly where you rank across different neighborhoods. We identify your blind spots.
We do not sell guaranteed rankings. Google owns the map pack.
We provide the data and the operational playbook. You execute the work. We build citation consistency across 50+ directories and optimize your GBP Q&A section to capture featured snippets. We track the results. We never promise permanent placement at the top of Google Maps because algorithms change daily.
3. Acceptable Use and Account Security
You need accurate data to turn local search into actionable revenue. We protect our data pipeline aggressively. You agree to use our platform manually or through our official API integrations. You will not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to extract our geogrid visualizations or case studies.
You hold sole responsibility for your account credentials. Keep them secure. If you manage client profiles, you must secure proper authorization before tracking their GBP assets. We track the data. You own your business profile.
- Do not reverse-engineer our tracking methodology.
- Do not share your login credentials across multiple agencies.
- Do not use our platform to track competitors for the purpose of malicious reporting.
- Do not overload our servers with unauthorized automated queries.
4. Intellectual Property
We spent years testing local SEO tactics. We document our failures. We publish our wins. Every article, case study, geogrid visualization, and optimization strategy on this site belongs to GeoGrid Ranker. This content represents thousands of hours of hands-on agency experience.
You cannot copy, republish, or repackage our content as your own. If you want to reference our findings in your own agency reports, you must provide a clear, visible link back to the original page on geogridranker.com. We enforce our copyright strictly.
5. Data Accuracy and Algorithm Volatility
Local SEO is a volatile environment. Proximity signals shift without warning. A core update drops. A competitor launches a massive review campaign. We provide pinpoint accurate tracking data at the exact moment the query runs. We visualize what Google returns right then.
Search results fluctuate based on user device, search history, and micro-location. Your geogrid report from Tuesday will look different from your geogrid report on Friday. This is the operational reality of local search. You accept that our reports represent a snapshot in time, not a permanent state of reality.
We do not warrant that our tracking data will perfectly match a manual search performed on a different device in a different location. We provide a high-resolution aggregate view. You use this data to inform your strategy, not as an absolute guarantee of user experience.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide GeoGrid Ranker on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of our tracking tools. Google frequently updates its API and search interfaces. These updates occasionally break tracking tools across the industry. When this happens, we patch our systems immediately.
We offer no warranties regarding financial outcomes. We publish case studies showing how an HVAC contractor in Phoenix doubled their inbound lead volume using our strategies. That is their result, based on their specific market conditions and execution. Your results depend entirely on your market, your competition, and your work ethic.
7. Limitation of Liability
If a Google algorithm update tanks your client’s map pack visibility, that is between you and Google. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost clients, or business interruptions resulting from changes in your search rankings. We provide the compass. We do not control the weather.
Under no circumstances will GeoGrid Ranker, its operators, or its employees be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or tools. You assume all risk associated with implementing our local SEO strategies.
Three years of testing. Zero shortcuts. Real consequences.
8. Affiliate Disclosure and Third-Party Tools
We operate a real agency stack. We recommend specific citation builders, proxy services, and review management platforms. When we link to these tools, we often use affiliate links. If you click a link and buy a software subscription, we earn a commission.
This does not impact our editorial process. We reject dozens of tools for every one we recommend. If a tool fails our internal testing, we do not promote it. We only recommend software that we actively use to manage our own local SEO campaigns.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary business operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from your use of GeoGrid Ranker will be handled exclusively in our local courts. You consent to this jurisdiction by using our site.
10. Contact and Communication
We run a real business. We answer our emails. If you have specific questions about these terms, your account, or our data practices, reach out directly. We typically respond within 24 hours during normal business days.
Direct all legal and terms-related inquiries to our primary support channel. Do not use social media for account-specific legal questions. We require a paper trail to protect both parties.
